Who we are
Orbéan Coffee ("we", "us") operates the café at 760, 7th Cross Road, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru 560076, and this website, orbeanbrews.com, including online ordering, the in-store kiosk and the Orbéan Beans loyalty programme.
What we collect
Account details — name, phone number and/or email when you create an account, join the waitlist, or sign in at the kiosk.
Order details — what you ordered, the table or pickup option you chose, delivery address if you chose delivery, and payment references (we see UPI transaction references, never your UPI PIN or bank credentials).
Loyalty activity — Beans earned and redeemed, streaks, referral codes and collectibles tied to your account.
Feedback — ratings or notes you leave after an order.
How we use it
To prepare and hand you the right order, run the loyalty programme, send you your receipt (on request), respond to feedback, and keep the counter honest (order and billing records). With your consent, we may message you about offers on WhatsApp or email — you can opt out any time.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) with access restricted to the Orbéan team. Payment confirmation happens over UPI with your own payment app — we never store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Order data goes only to the people preparing and serving your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data tied to your account — email orbeanofficial@gmail.com or call +91 76708 28417, or simply ask at the counter. We'll act within 7 days. This policy follows the spirit and requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
