Terms of Service

Orders placed on this site, at the table QR, or on the in-store kiosk are offers to purchase, confirmed when the counter accepts them. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes (GST) and any packaging or delivery charge are shown before you pay — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Menu items and prices can change; the price at the moment you place the order is the one that applies.

We accept UPI (pay from any UPI app), and cash or card at the counter. Online UPI orders are verified against the bank confirmation before the order is released — if a payment claim can't be verified, we'll ask you to complete payment at the counter. No hidden charges, no platform fee on direct orders.

Beans are earned on paid orders and redeemed for discounts as shown on the Rewards page. Beans have no cash value, can't be transferred or encashed, and expire if an account is inactive for 12 months. We may adjust earn and redeem rates prospectively — never retroactively on Beans you already hold. Fraudulent or abusive activity (fake referrals, self-dealing) can void the associated Beans.

Delivery is available within our stated radius; times shown are estimates and can stretch in rain or peak hours. Pickup orders are held for 30 minutes after "ready". For aggregator orders (Swiggy/Zomato), the aggregator's terms apply to delivery.

Covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy — the short version: cancel free before preparation starts, and if something's wrong with your order we'll remake it or refund it, your choice.

Don't misuse the ordering system, scrape the site, or attempt to access staff terminals. We can refuse service for abusive behaviour toward the team.

We serve food and drink with care — allergen information is listed per item, and if you have a severe allergy please also tell the counter. To the extent permitted by law, our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
